Reporting on the subsequent stages of the recruitment process takes place as in the form of a package of information provided to the customer at the completion of the relevant stage. Assessment Centre – planning and carrying out a series of tasks/tests and preparation of reports for the client and candidates.

This multidimensional process of competency assessment allows to collect accurate information on the knowledge, skills and personality traits of potential employees, and thus – to adjust the most efficient candidate for the position.

Quickness

Duration of the recruitment process is determined with each client individually, taking into account the complexity of the entire process. In the final phase of recruitment we present a short list of candidates who best meet the predetermined criteria, among whom the customer makes the final choice.
