Software Developer Freelance Job

Responsibilities:

As a “ Junior Project Manager „, you are required to ensure the implementation of small or medium projects/services as per arrangements (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements, corporate rules) and manage project/service teams dispersed in matrix structure (work organisation, allocation of resources, motivating and appreciating). Using your previous experience and provided training, you are build, maintain and manage relations with Business Partners as well as identifying Business Partner requirements concerning the application and service development, consulting and proposing solutions and accountability for their delivery. You assure that implementing improvements are with a view to increasing cost and resource efficiency and optimization of existing services and project processes..

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar with min. 3’ “hands on” experience working in Software Development Lifecycle activities;
• 2 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of global scope;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate highly technical content in simple terms to the business users;
• Project Management knowledge with a deep understanding of their assigned business area, including business processes, challenges, information flows and supporting IT systems;
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions;
• Strong knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL);
• English proficiency – level C1;
• Openness to work on projects with different times zone.
